Problem happened in musescore 3.0.2.5315 with original Musescore 2 score.

Goal was to re-format this existing score with 4 measures per line. 2nd line should become 5 measures, all others 4 measures.

  1. Take a score with Accidentals (e-minor e.g.)
  2. Set to 4 break every 4 measures
  3. Remove all beaks
  4. Manually add new breaks every 4 measures, except line 2 with 5 measures
    --> accidentals remain at every 4 measures and cannot be removed

Workaround: make unwanted accidentals invisible

3.0.2 is pretty outdated, please update to 3.0.5 and also checkout 3.1 Beta 2
And just delete those accidentals rather than making them invisible.
They won't come back, not in the 2 versions mentioned above
