OS: Windows 7 SP 1 (6.1), Arch.: i386, MuseScore version (32-bit): 3.1.0.7078, revision: e26f7c4

OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.1.0.7080, revision: 5136e5c

  1. Make the Advanced workspace visible;
  2. Click the "+" sign", give the new workspace a name, but don't tick any of the options, then click "Save";
  3. Right-click on the "Key signatures" palette, say, and make sure that "Enable editing" is ticked;
  4. Try to drag icons within the Key signatures palette.
    Result: Icons cannot be rearranged.
