Piano Keyboard No Longer Updates With Note Shifts
The piano keyboard (View->Piano Keyboard) no longer updates when shifting up and down notes on the score. The keyboard only updates when notes are selected, created, or played back.

This is a known issue: #290019: Piano keyboard display does not update when changing note by using arrow keys.. The current status means someone has written the code to fix it, but it has not yet been accepted into the program.
What version?
With the old Nightly (see attachment) if I select the measure and use up/down arrow it works
