... and come back to find 3.1 has been released. I'm fairly new to MuseScore, having joined when it was at 3.0.5, and really love it, but I'm aware of the problems people have had surroundong the update from 2 to 3. So I have two questions:
1. If I download 3.1, does it replace 3.0 or sit alongside it?
2. If the former, will my 3.0 scores still look the same?

  1. It will replace it. Only major versions (the first number being different) by default live side-by-side
  2. Better ;-) 3.1 is imho the release 3.0 should've been if MuseScore had access to a decent set of testers.
