Musescore 3 crashing on Windows 7

When I am trying to open Musescore 3 latest version, it is showing a dialogue box saying "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-I1-1-0.dll is missing." I have tried reinstalling but the the problem still remains.
It is to be noted that I used Musescore 2 and 3 previously downloaded from Musescore.com and a few times on a Windows 10 PC, where I downloaded from Windows Store. Any solution please! Cheers!
