Metronome Volume
It says theres a metronome volume bar in view>synthesizer, but when I open the synthesizer window there is no metronome volume as is show in the picture on the help guide.

That info is outdated, it's in the Play Panel now. The current handbook seems correct, were you looking at an older version?
Where exactly does it say that?
