How switch drum bass & snare stem direction?
I want to write bass drum and snare stem down like 1.png
but musescore works like 2.png
how switch stem direction?

Looking at the top of that page, i.e. Drum Notation, it seems the default in Musescore is closer to what you want. Bass drum uses stems down. Most people play snare with their hands and prefer stem up, but you can change it as indicated by Mike.
And you might want to use voice 2 for stem down notes to get proper rests between notes.
