Cannot change from "private" to "public"

I just uploaded a score but it is showing up as "private" and I cannot seem to change it to public setting. I clicked on "Update this score" and unchecked "Make this score private" and saved it but it is still private. I even deleted the score and re-uploaded it and made sure that the "Make this score private" is unchecked, but it did not help. Any advice?

I assume you are talking about the score sharing website musescore.com, best to ask over there (the Improving musescore.com group is usually good for this sort of thing).
