Measure Number Distance
Hi. In the latest update, I have been unable to find where one changes the measure number height. Could someone kindly advise where one might change that? Thanks.

Format > Style > Text styles > Measure number > Offset Y
You can also easily change most defaults by first making an adjustment to a single element using the Inspector, then pressing the "S" (Set as style) button next to that control.
