How to insert lines in a score

I have a piece of music that has notes for the left hand shown on the treble clef. You can see in the attachment that the L.H. starts on middle C, plays up then drops to the F in the bass clef. I am trying to transcribe this for my choir so we can adjust arrangements, keys, etc.

My question is, "How can I put those lines in with MuseScore 3?"

After the notes are on the staves so the measures won't change their widths, us the line from the lines palette in the advanced workspace. Double click the line and you can drag the ends to where you want them. If their were notes on both ends I would have suggested you use the menu Add->Lines->Not anchored lines.
