Chord symbols associated with fretboard diagrams misaligned vertically
I'm using MuseScore 3.2.3, Linux.
When adding a fretboard diagram having an accidental in the name, or changing the chord diagram associated with a fretboard diagram to contain an accidental, the resulting chord symbol is misaligned vertically. No such misalignment occurs with chord symbols not associated with fretboard diagrams. See screen shot and score file.

Those flats and sharps need some more space below, so move the entire symbol up a bit.
Chord symbols alone have enough space below configured by default them for collision avoidance not to kick in.
Set Format > Style... > Chord symbols > Distance to fretboard diagrams from 1.0 to 2.5 and they will align
Check the attached, here the symbols align for the fretboard diagrams, but not the others, because of the notes below them pushing them up
