Space Changing by dragging or button
I have some troubles to change "space" (like: space between chords and stave, lyric-stave, etc.) in musescore. I think it should be better to do all these things by dragging, or by a 4 ways button (up and down to increase/decrease vertical space, right and left for horizontal space or scale, ...)
Changing space method in my opinion:
Thanks for reading.

I think all you need is described in http://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting

thanks, but I know these. It's still a bit difficult for me, because sometimes I change the number but the space is still there.

Then read it again, esp. http://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting#Style---Edit-Gen… "•Page fill threshold - If the page is fuller than this, system space is ignored, and everything is stretched to fill the page. So 100% prevents any stretching."
As mentioned, the system distance property in General Style settings is what you want, and it *does* work but its effect can be masked by the page fill threshold.
As for chord symbols, those *can* be dragged up and down. If you mean you want to do it for all chords, you can select all chords first (right click one, select all similar). or, if you want to affect future chord symbols as well, you need to change the Text Style setting.
I'm not sure what you are thinking the point of the paragraph marks between notes would be. The space between notes is much more like the space between *words*, not the space between paragraphs. But since there is no such thing as having multiple such spaces in a row, I can't imagine the point of displaying characters there. And for distance between systems, similarly, it isn't measure in "lines" likle a word processor - it's measured in staff spaces, and its value is set by that dialog. If you want to increase distance between two systems only without affecting other systems, that is what Spacers are for.
