Inconsistent playback of notes within tuplets in MDL

I've included an example score of my issue, with parentheses around the notes that the problem commonly occurs with. From what I can tell, there is no real pattern as to which notes are affected, and it has only thus far affected notes within tuplets. The problem also only seems to occur in the Tenor and Bass drums; I have had no issue with the snare as of now.

For some reason, some notes (from what I've seen, only in tuplets) in MDL instruments fail to play back. This seems to happen to random notes, and the problem persists upon mp3 export.
