Voltas with more than one repetition possible? And where is my error?

Hey,
I tried to have the first volta repeat twice, then jump into the second volta. In Volta preferences, I set the repeat list of the first volta to 1,2 and the repeat list of the second one to 3. Thats how I read it here in the forums in an older thread.

As an outcome musescore plays the first ending twice and then stops altogether, not playing the second volta or the rest of the score..

I made a short test in a second short music sheet, having the same result. Can someone tell me what I do wrong here, and how to do it properly? It has to be possible, right?
