Cannot read

I've been trying to open up a file I've been regularly working on but whenever I click to open it, it reads: "Cannot read file C:\Users\disho\Desktop\Billie Eilish Mashup.mscz:"

How do I go about fixing this? I've looked through the forums and tried everything I could that was suggested, but nothing seems to be working. I'm genuinely not sure how this happened because it was accessible for quite a long time, all I did was work on it piece by piece and one day it just wasn't able to be opened.
