Download looks like a bunch of jumbled text..

Sounds like your browser tried to open the file. You need to find the browser option to download it rather than open it.

Either save that page as an mscz file or on the previous page right-click (mac ctrl-click) the link and choose "save link target as" or something along those lines.

Okay this worked:)
On download right click "Save link as.."
Save as mscz. or other supported file format
Open in Musescore, ignore message File "...." is corrupted.
