New phone
I have a new phone and want to install Musescore song book but when downloaded the app it wants me to pay a monthly subscription, there is no facility to skip that page so I can log in as an existing original member, How do I get around this problem please.

Wrong site here, the mobile apps are supported on musescore.com, like in https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-android/ and/or https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-ios/ or via email to support@musescore.com.
But there sure is a way to get past that subscription page and then to the login screen for your existing account. Been there, done that, albeit quite a while ago...

I don't recall, it's been a while ago, but, at least back then, it was possible
