Cannot connect to YouTube Account

The issue is this: I closed my Pro account last month and opened a free account instead (Mike Magatagan [Stimpy@Fan.Net]). I tried to associate the new account to my YouTube account but I receive the message:
“The YouTube channel Mike Magatagan is already connected with another MuseScore account. Upgrade to MuseScore Pro (https://musescore.com/upgrade?feature=youtube) to connect multiple MuseScore accounts to the same YouTube channel.”
I need an administrator to remove any and all associations with my previous Pro account.

H, Mike! I would say the person who contacted you may have misunderstood your question. Your first instinct is correct; you really need to post over on musescore.com.

No doubt, but I don't think any of them would be likely to be reading this - a followup on musescore.com would be more effective.

The response rate on musescore.com is miserable, staff members haven't been seen there since weeks on end

I was wondering if anybody else noticed that. A ghost ship. No way available to solve problems like Mike's. And they get angry if you complain about their (lack of) professionalism.
I contacted Support@MuseScore.com and they are working with me to fix it. Sorry to waste time on this forum. Please feel free to delete the thread. Thanks!

BTW... I have been emailing support@musescore.com about a completely different problem, and I found their replies prompt and helpful. Don't give up!

And... what can we do to stop this, now? There hasn't been further accounts of me at any time.

Sounds like you have a question releating to the score-sharing website musescore.com? First step would be head over there to that website and the support folks over there for help.
