Stuck on "preparing to install"

I can't get past the splash screen and "Preparing to install" window...

Ver 3.2.3.7635

Update: After around 15 mins it says it isn't able to reach the install server and so quits the installation. I can't start Musescore without this happening.

I don't know if it's at all related but now I'm having trouble saving a new score. It keeps crashing when i try to save it.

I'll take this to Issue Tracker instead.

Please someone help.
