Musescore AS a VST

Hi all,

I have seen lots of posts from people requesting VST support within Musescore and I fully understand why VST support is not something that is likely to be implemented. However, I was wondering if the opposite might be possible: running Musescore itself as a VST plugin within another DAW?

For those composers who regularly export the midi out of Musescore into another DAW to use their existing sample libraries and plugins, this would be a great way to integrate Musescore into that environment and streamline that process.

At the moment, taking the Musescore midi output and looping it back into a DAW is fraught with difficulties and inconsistencies. This would make integration in a DAW seamless.

Any thoughts?
