Beam Properties on Palette - subbeam grouping
There are icons for:
Beam 32nd sub
Beam 64th sub
They work as intended, and the visual representations are correct - but shouldn't the 'hover' labels (i,.e., 'tips') read 'Beam 16th sub' and 'Beam 32nd sub' instead to reflect what actually happens?

The hover tips I see are:
Beam 32nd sub
Beam 64th sub
They should be - to my understanding:
Beam 16th sub
Beam 32nd sub
That is, the icon that says 'Beam 32nd sub' should instead say 'Beam 16th sub'; and
the icon that says 'Beam 64th sub' should instead say 'Beam 32nd sub'
My language selection in Preferences is 'System', but I tried changing it to U.S. English, then restarted MuseScore, and got the same result.
I don't know where Locale is specified/selected in Preferences, but I am located in the U.S.

Ok, that's easy enough to fix and I'm currently working in that area anyway, so I'll add it to PR 1135
I kind of think so, but I haven't encountered this feature enough to know if it has a standard name elsewhere. I think the picture describes things much better than any name could in any event!
