I encounter several times this sideway (rotated) Fretboard Diagram in printed scores.
I like this position since it shows exactly same angle as what I’m holding the Guitar.
This is being already made in Sibelius, below is the picture what it looks like.

Relates to #283681: [EPIC] Fretboard diagram issues. Had come up numerous times in the past, so 'Many' seems appropriate, it isn't a bug though, but a 'Suggestion', i.e. a feature request ;-)
