vanishing scores

I keep losing scores that have taken me months to compile. I have written to musescore and they have replied that it is being " under review" whatever that means. I have just discovered another of my scores which has disappeared. Anybody out there with any ideas because so far I am not impressed with the powers that be at musescore which is a pity as I find it a good programme
