PDFs can't get transposed, no matter where you upload them to

Regardless, the MuseScore (.mscz) file is the one you should transpose as that contains all the notation information.
The pdf score (exported rather than uploaded?) is basically a picture and, as such, has no concept of notes, pitches, transposition, etc.
