"Beam semiquaver sub" over barline
I'm transcribing a score but one part has peculiar beaming as can be seen in the attached picture. I've been able to replicate this by choosing "Beam semiquaver sub" on the last sixteenth note but it doesn't seem to work across the barline. I didn't really find any other forum topics about this, so I'm guessing that it's just not a feature yet? I would like to see this implemented some time in the future.

I've tried to set all the different beam properties on either the previous note, the last note or both at once and none of it produced the desired result. Are you sure that this feature is implemented?

No ;-)
ISTR though that cross-barline beams were possible at a time
Some fiddling about is required. Join the two bars, place a barline at the desired place then use Inspector to stretch the bar and then to move the last note (actually Chord) to the right (X offset = 0.1).
