Tuplets/triplets across Grand Staff

Help! I'm trying to input a triplet that starts in the bass clef left hand of the piano accompaniment and has the other two notes of the triplet in the right hand treble clef. I can only seem to do triplets on separate staves with rests for the rest of the triplet. is there a way to beam it across the two hands please?
