Swing Settings: a UI tweak
In the System Text Properties dialogue, there is a "Swing Settings" tab. How about removing the existing "Swing Settings" checkbox and adding a radio button instead?

Yes, I really like your proposal, less confusing, as Jojo-Schmitz tells, and more discoverable and easiest to expalin in the Handbook.
Can I suggest you to open a Suggestion in the Issue tracker ?
I can't see any reason it wouldn't work, and would indeed probably be less confusing.

I don't use swing settings, so pardon my ignorance, but what is the functional difference between “No action” and “Off”? (The handbook is not very illuminating here.)

Off turns it off. No action leaves it unchanged.
