AUDIVERIS converting tool

I just submitted a PDF for conversion; it was an image of a MUSE Score, so you'd think that would enable the easiest transition. For me the result was useless. The voice(s) used came back as something different, even unpleasant. Many notes and rests were added in random locations. Most importantly (for me), the 'staff Text' settings were changed and could not be 'reverted.'
