Musescore 3.4.2.25137 installation for MacOS Catalina 10.15.3 (19D76)

When the installation is almost complete it gives an information:

"Musecore 3. app not openable, because Apple cannot check it for harmful software. This software must be updated. Ask more information from developer."

This problem it raised when trying to install to new MacBookPro16" with Catalina 10.15.3, but
works well with Catalina 10.15.3 in old MacBookAir 13".
