Then at least provide the score with notes removed or something.
We're asking for it, because if you apply the markings as the handbook tells you to, playback simply works.

Pictures (of it) won't help, although that 2nd picture shows that play repeats is disabled, which might explain why it doesn't work for you

You must enter from the palette D.S.-> https://musescore.org/en/handbook/repeats-and-jumps#repeat-symbols-and-… to give instructions to MuseScore where to start from and how far to go.

I entered from there. from the palette on the right. I grab it from the pallet and drop it on the measure.

You may have entered the Segnos from the palette, but no jump to them

You have one simple repeat |: ... : | and two Segnos (jump markers), bot no jump, no D.S. So neiter MuseScore nor any musician can tell where you expect that jump to take place (and if, to which of the Segnos)

Repeating to say what problem you have is not going to help, we'd either need the score or need you to follow the handbook and that way solve it yourself
