Access to Session Directory?
On the subject of my lost music (https://musescore.org/en/node/302890), I got a reply with a website that said I could retrieve my lost music by accessing my session directory. It says what it is and on what devices it exists on. but it doesn't actually say HOW to access it. Can someone please explain?

The session directory is where the autosaved files reside. Its location depends on the OS (operating system).
An autosaved file has an alphanumeric name (example: sch10560.mscz). You will have to open in MuseScore to see the content. (Checking the date of the file can narrow the choices down if there are many.)

I need to know what to click so I can find the location. What it says in the link doesn't exactly give instructions on how to access it.

It does, all the details needed are there.
You can use the basic file browsing capabilities of your computer to access that or any other folder. That is, on Windows, use Explorer, or on macOS, use Finder. If you're not familiar with how to use the file browser on your OS< I would recommend a web search for that information.
