Playback issues when importing 2.1 files into 3.1
The heading pretty much says it all- playback won't work when importing a Musescore 2.1 file into 3.1
Other than that, super program, I don't bother with Finale or Sibelius any more. Kudos.

Better use 3.4.2. And if it still doesn’t work, share the score.
Indeed, playback of 2.1 scores does works in general, even on older versions like 3.1. Assuming playback is working at all in your MuseScore 3 installation (that is, if it works for new scores) then probably the score in question was relying on some other soundfonts you had loaded into MuseScore 2, and now you simply need to load the same soundfonts into MuseScore 3. If that doesn't fix it, then as mentioned, we'd need you to attach the specific score that isn't working right for you.
Hang on, it seems to be working now.... still, is this an issue?
