[Accessibility] - Text input not read

When inputting text, NVDA only reads the whole texts, not navigation. E.g., when inputting "poco it.", NVDA will announce "text p", "text po", "text poc" etc, not just letters. When finished, the cursor navigation inside the text doesn't read at all, and I can't edit it correctly.
