Not sure what that + is supposed to mean, but you should find it in the symbols palette. Or just add it as a staff text

It doesn't mean anything for your vocal exercise, it is the harmony.
E.g. + means the 7th note of the key when harmony is V, the 3th of the current chord then.

If I put in MuseScore the same notes without the "+", will it sound the same?
or the "+" will actually make it sound different
