Single Note Tremelo

A lot of great work has gone into dynamics. It would be nice to extend this to tremelo, which is an advanced cousin in so far as you have to move both up and down in amplitude. But it seems like this isn't as far off as vibrato or slide might be. Right now, the "speed" is at least step controllable. But the problems are both "note off" and an easy way to control "depth" other than to rewrite the score (as midi might do) and go into the inspector and make velocity adjustments.
