Instrument parts that don't fit on one page cause incorrect voice placement

OS: macOS 10.15, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.4.2.25137, revision: 148e43f

I am transcribing a piece and decided to create new parts to make it easier to dissect. When I did this, it was a visual nightmare. Individual instrument parts are completely wrong and not even in the correct order. It sounds fine when I play it.

For parts that fit on one page without the use of Page Settings, everything looks fine. But when you have to zoom out, it starts to cause problems.

For the later screenshot (8.46.10), whenever I try to open Page Settings to fix it a bit, MuseScore crashes.
