The notes in the sheet music are not playing.
Please watch the video for 0:02 and 0:25 seconds. Obviously, the notes are in the sheet music, but the notes are not played in the automatic instrument. Does anyone know how to solve it?

Can you attach here the score you are having problems with?
Right-click on a note, select all Similar Elements, open Inspector and reset Velocity.
