Is there book that explain the music note arrangement break down in bar theory?

I believe that is Jianpu. But I don't really understand the question. Is it about how to read Jianpu? If so, I'd just do a web search for information about that. I think maybe it has more to do with understanding meter and rhythm, maybe it's related to how standard notation uses beams to help clarify the beat. In which case, I'd recommend my lessons on rhythm from my Basic Music Theory online course. For example:
