Allow user to select flats or sharps for enharmonic chordnames (changes).
Example: Change C# minor to Db Minor.
I would find this useful. Horn players and indeed most of us would.

For 3.5, we have added a staff/part property to control the preferences of flats/sharps for key signatures, but this is ignored for chord symbols. Probably it should use the same setting. Would you mind submitting this as a suggestion to the Issue tracker?

Enclose the number (#3...) between [ and ] to get
