1st time D.C. 2nd Time D.C. al Coda
Hi, first I'm new to MuseScore. I always wanted to play the piano and finally at 40 learning to do it. I'm adding my scorebooks to MuseScore so I can use my tablet. I apologize if this question has already been asked and answered. I searched the forum and I couldn't find an answer to it.
I have a score that on the same measures has:
1st time: D.C.
2nd time: D.C. al coda
I added D.C. first, then D.C. al coda. I looked at the timeline and it shows the correct order. When it hits this measure it goes back to the start and repeats. But, it skips the D.C. al coda like it's not there. It goes to the end of the score and stops.
When I look at the properties of the D.C. it has "continue at" I tried placing D.C. al coda in the field. But, I'm not sure if that is correct and/or if I'm entering the correct label.
I've attached a sample of what I'm trying to do and how the score works. It's just a sample so I don't upload a copyrighted piece of work.
Thank you in advance for any assistance on this.

Awesome! Thank you.
I actually did that. But my music book "Disney Collection 3rd Edition Easy Piano" it had it like the sample in my post. I changed it to how you did it but then I doubted myself thinking that I should stick to how the book has it.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question and providing a sample :)

In the handbook you will find detailed information https://musescore.org/en/handbook/repeats-and-jumps

Yep, I've read the handbook many times :) but this wasn't quite in the handbook compared to how my music book was showing it.
