Continuous corrupted measures
In the score I'm working on, there are three measures (160, 202, and 210) that specifically get corrupted in the quad part. I've had this problem on other scores before, but I've fixed them and moved on. However, this score specifically, the measures re-corrupt EVERY single time I reopen the file, no matter how many times I've fixed it and saved it again. Without fail, always the same measures, always the same part. I'm at a loss for how to permanently fix this. I'm getting tired of rewriting the measures every single time I load it up. Can't replicate this on a smaller score so have to upload the whole thing. Issue is measures 160, 202, and 210 in the tenor line.

Try this. I deleted the notes in those 3 measures and input 4 quarter notes. I saved and reopened and no problem. Open this score and re-enter your notes into the score and see what happens. Good luck.

Tried, fixed the problem just fine, but the measures were corrupted again after saving and closing.

Interesting. Open my score and save it without changing anything. Then open and see what happens.

Same thing. Opens and closes just fine. Whenever I actually add the notes back in and save and close, it's corrupted on opening.
The solution I'm finding that works is change the time signature to an equal length but different value and back again (e.g. 4/4 -> 2/2 -> 4/4), since I think it forces the program to recalculate the current note values
Not sure what causes it in the first place, although for me it only seems to happen on scores created before like 4.2

Could be that the score was created in 3 and ported to 4 later. I'll try copying the whole score and pasting it into a new one

Guess you should have mentioned earlier where you 'borrowed' it ;-)

Wasn't trying to hide anything. Just working on arranging my own drumline part for it, purely for personal enjoyment. But yes, it was a musescore 3 file changed to musescore 4, though I deleted the MDL3 parts and replaced them entirely with MDL4 parts, so I doubt that's fully the issue
Did you fix the 3 coorruptions in the main score and then reset the corrupt parts (Marching Tenor Drums, Perciussion and Battery)? If you don't to the latter, the corruption from those will creep back into the main score

Maybe. But no matter how many times I re-open this score change notes in those measures in the one part only, there is no more corruption. I wonder if part of the difference is that I use Save As instead of just save.

Used both save as this time and made sure to reset the parts, still getting the corruption. I'm at a complete loss.

Interesting. I never reset any parts.
