Guitar Bend Pitch Shift Issue

Attached is an extract from guitar chart I'm working on for a certain famous song. On the second repeat, the pitch wanders around.

The second bend is a grace note release bend, which might be breaking the rules a bit as it shows in red, but the problem still occurs if I delete that bend.

The problem goes away if I delete both bends.

Does anyone else hear the pitch shift problem when playing back the attached file? Or maybe it's just a problem on my system.
