[Windows, Linux] Bold and underlined text is not displayed properly

Steps:
1- Create a text and set it bold and underlined;
2- Look at it with a zoom level < 190%, such as 100% (for typical screen sizes)

Actual result:
The underline is displaced and its position depends on the position of the text inside the window.
Unfortunately this is a side effect of the workaround eb33bfa83
We could disable the workaround for bold and underlined texts. The rendering behavior will revert to the one of 3.4.2 for this kind of text. The "bad emboldened font" bug will then reappear only for some particular fonts and only if both bold and underlined.
