When you have a tenuto in swing, the note gets shorter as it is making it be 0.5 of the beat when it should be the length of the swing ratio; making it shorter than the normal eighth note.
Comments
Confirmed, it's a subtle effect but I can hear it if I listen closely and also see it in the Piano Roll Editor.
Relates also to #300710: Swung eighth notes do not accent correctly, and in a way #306506: Chord symbol playback doesn't follow swinged eights.

I also have this issue. Set swing to default, both 8th and 16th swing notes gets shorter when adding tenuto. First swing notes gets shorter, while it seems to work for second notes, if that makes sense.
