Sounds like you are talking about the score sharing website musescore.com, best to ask over there, and/or contact their support team.

I have the same problem, nobody answered me, and in faq doesn't say anything related!!!idiots!!!!

You need to ask on musescore.com. No one here on musescore.org, which only deals with the Musescore Studio notation editor, can help with problems concerning a subscription to the score sharing website musescore.com.
