Paypal payment without a Pro Account
Hello,
a few days ago my paypal account sent 49$ to musescore for a subscription that does not exist.
Then I asked for sending my money back via Musescore Support.
The strange thing is, I had a trial period 3 months ago and cancelled it in time.
Then, a few days ago, three months later there started this payment.
Please could someone explain me this problem. The Musescore Support seems not to answer to my problem.
I sincerely hope that there are no strange guys in this cool platform fetching money and not giving it back to me!

Contacting support@musescore.com is the only way to get this sorted.

I did that 10 days ago, without a personal message back. Only an automatic reply.
I think 10 days should be enough to let somebody read my message.

It should, but writing here isn't going to help in any form or shape, the people responsible for the billing are not reading here, neither are their management.
So email them again.
And/or contact PayPal and reclaim your money from them.
