Dynamic font issue
Referring to the attached image, you see I have an f dynamic at measure 33.
I copied this to measure 31 and then edited to add the preceding m.
The m however, is not bold. Curious.
How to make it bold?

The symbol is present in the palette (Advanced), use the one.
As mentioned, you shouldn't need to edit these just to get the standard symbols, and actually if you do that, it will still playback "f" unless you also change the velocity in the Inspector. But anyhow, when editing dynamics, those letters aren't just italic/bold versions of regular letters - they are special characters in the music text font. To access them, press Ctrl+Shift while typing the letter.
