MuseScore3.exe has stopped working

The message above is displayed each time I invoke MuseScore 3. I am recovering from a PC crash in which Dell recommended that I reformat the hard drive and reinstall Winodws 10 (2004) After reinstalling Windows 10, I attempted to reinstall MuseScore 3. I have since only been able to obtain the above message...

Ran the repair option instead after attempting to download and reinstall afresh. The repair option appears to have worked and I am able to view scores again...
