How I make this?
As I do this compass that has small notes but does not have the compass separations.

You will need to change the actual duration of the measure. There are a couple of way to do this. Perhaps the easiest is to enter the extra notes into the top staff by using ctrl+shift + note name to enter the notes. You may also change it in Measure properties. You will end up with extra rests in the second staff. I usually consolidate them as much as possible and make them invisible.
