"Non div." Symbol
Or perhaps unis. symbol? Do you see the lines next to the chords that strings are supposed to play?
There is a symbol similar to that but it's the arpeggio bracket... It doesn't "function" the same way as the other symbol does (it tells string players to play in unison/non div.). Should there a be a symbol for that or it's fine with the arpeggio marking (set play to false)?

No idea what should be. For now I think I would use the bracket. Then last, right click a bracket/select/all similar elements. Un-check Play in the inspector.

Select all similar will select all arpeggios so you need to be aware of this. You may need to do it by staff or even groups of measures.

Alright... Fortunately the piece hasn't any "real" arpeggios.
